Tabata training is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that has been scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscular) systems. An interval consists of performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest


Toning classes feature  cardiovascular training, and high intensity moves like jump squats. The exercises are aimed at improving balance, coordination, and of course strength to tone your muscles


It's a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. It's essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Open to all levels
