BALANCE & ABS
Balance: Proper balance training will help you maintain proper balance and safety throughout your workouts and daily activities. Balance is the condition during which the body's center of gravity is maintained within its base of support.
Abs: Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability; most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.
