Since our working schedule and social life has become a little confusing but flexible at the same time, here is the online LIVE workout schedule; because we can always squish some time for our health 😉 

You may find free workouts on our YouTube channel HERE, but if you like being social, receiving live feedback and growing stronger with a community, then the online LIVE workout is your best option.

You may pay from $5 per class or buy the unlimited package. Price includes unlimited classes for the entire household.

It's a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. It's essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Open to all levels

TABATA

Tabata training is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that has been scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscular) systems. An interval consists of performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest
